Payment is set up after scheduling your lesson is confirmed. You must set up a payment method prior to starting lessons. If your payment method is not set prior to the first day of lessons, we cannot hold your appointment time.
Right now, we only accept payment via credit or debit card through our enrollment software. We do not accept cash, check, or payment apps.
Tuition is collected on the 1st of every month. If you begin lessons in the middle of the month, we will prorate that month’s costs, and a billing cycle will begin on the first of the following month.
To discontinue lessons and to discontinue charges to your account, please fill out the withdrawal form no later than the 15th of your last month. Withdrawal requests submitted after the 15th will be processed by the 15th of the following month. For example, if you would like to stop lessons on July 31, you must complete the withdrawal form before July 15 to avoid being charged for August.
We do not prorate tuition for the final month of lessons. Students will be responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend lessons. No refunds are given for students missing their last month, no exceptions.
Please note, our lessons are offered year-round, so we do not take a summer break. We often have a short spring break and a short winter break. If you are taking a time off for vacation or other reasons and want to resume the next month, your payment is still due on the first of the month to reserve your lesson space. The lessons for the month you miss can be made up when you return. We ask that you arrange make-up lessons with your instructor.
Can't make it to our physical location? No problem! We also offer online lessons for students who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own homes. All you need is a computer and a reliable internet connection.
Yes. Even if you don't have a musical background you can ask the teacher for advice on how to help your child practice. By simply monitoring that they are doing exercises a certain number of times per day the student will progress. Parents will occasionally sit in on their child's music lesson to get an idea of the proper way a song should sound or how the student should be practicing.
