Music Together® Mixed age classes for babies through 5 years old
Each week, a trained Music Together teacher leads the class in singing, dancing, and playing songs that range from tender lullabies to boisterous jams using child-friendly percussion instruments. The award-winning music, illustrated songbook, and other print and online resources will help you continue the music-making fun at home and nurture your child's musical growth—even if you don't think of yourself as a great singer or dancer. Like parenting, making music requires no previous experience or expertise, just a willingness to get down on the floor and get silly with your child!

Whether you aspire to play classical or pop, Tacoma Music Academy's dedicated instructors will help you become the musician you want to be. Our faculty will introduce you to the fundamentals of sight reading, technique and theory, and incorporate your favorite songs into your lessons.
Suitable for any age, whether you're playing in local bands, a seven year old taking their first lesson, or a fifty year old returning to music after many years, our teachers will share their love for music and help you set goals to achieve your musical aspirations.

Tacoma Music Academy’s classes operate on a continuous enrollment model, allowing students to join at any time and attend weekly sessions. While students return each week, each class presents new content, ensuring ongoing skill development and engagement. This flexible structure accommodates varying start dates and allows students to progress at their own pace. Likewise, students may discontinue lessons as needed, making attendance fluid rather than fixed. As a result, our enrollment numbers reflect a dynamic system where participation fluctuates, yet the program maintains consistent engagement by welcoming new students while retaining returning ones.
